Nick is a chartered town planner with a passion for development, housing and regeneration. He has executive level experience and is a strong communicator working with local authorities, developers, boards, regulators, funders and other key stakeholders.
He has progressed a career spanning positions within a multi-national corporate consultancy, a ‘client-side’ land promotion and regeneration specialist, two start-up ‘for profit’ Registered Providers and most recently joining the development and regeneration team at Hive.
At project level, Nick has successfully contributed to a range of nationally renowned housing and regeneration schemes, demonstrating his capacity to manage multi-disciplinary teams and a broad profile of work.
He has a thorough understanding of the legislative, regulatory and investment/funding context for various facets of the residential sector and he is a strong advocate for the burgeoning build-to-rent and ‘for profit’ Registered Provider segments.
