Josh is a Chartered Town Planner with over 6 years of town planning experience and prior to joining Hive was a Senior Planner at Gladman Developments primarily focused on residential-led development projects.
He has in-depth planning policy knowledge and site promotion experience guiding numerous sites through local and neighbourhood plan processes and preparing planning applications. Josh has experience in undertaking site appraisals and preparing Local and Neighbourhood Plan representations, Hearing Statements and other supporting promotional material such as housing needs and sustainability reports, vision documents and ArcGIS Story Maps alongside attending several Examinations in Public and public consultation events.
Josh has supported the preparation and submission of several strategic residential planning applications, co-ordinating a team of multi-disciplinary consultants, preparing planning application documents and stakeholder engagement. He has developed a commercially-minded approach to the town planning and residential development advice he offers.
