We are thrilled that Sarah May has joined Hive as an Associate Director within our development consultancy team.

Sarah is a chartered surveyor with over 10 years of experience advising clients on the delivery of complex residential sites, securing public sector funding for infrastructure and housing projects and delivering town centre regeneration. Her prior experience includes roles with Avison Young, Barratt Partnerships and Homes England.

At Hive, Sarah is currently active on a range of instructions across the U.K. including advising clients on the delivery of several Garden Villages and major residential sites, securing government funding with ongoing Brownfield Land Fund bids and facilitating town centre regeneration initiatives, including the award winning City Living Strategy in Preston.
